Terms of Service

These terms govern Pocket Moni, operated by Showdown Lab, across the web app and mobile apps. Using the service means accepting them.
The service
Pocket Moni is an AI chat assistant. Answers are generated by third-party AI models and can be wrong — they are information, not advice. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
Your account
You need an account, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
Credits and payment
Answers cost credits. The price of an answer is 2× the underlying AI model's cost, converted at a fixed exchange rate shown when you send — you see the exact charge on every reply. Credits are sold in packs on the web app, at the price shown before you pay, never inside the mobile apps. Credits never expire while your account exists and are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise. New accounts start with 100 free credits.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pocket Moni for anything illegal, to harm or deceive others, to generate spam, or to probe or disrupt the service. We can suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You keep your content. You give us the license needed to store it, process it through AI models to answer you, and show it back to you — nothing more.
Deletion
You can delete your account in the app at any time. After a 30-day grace period your conversations, memories, and files are erased. Remaining credits are forfeited on deletion.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Showdown Lab is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on AI-generated answers. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
